This project is located in the Montauk lakeshore estate, a collection of structures including an awesome four-bedroom main house. The Lake House is designed by Murdock Solon Architects, offering a contemporary design and life with warm materials and light colors.
Design
There is a three-bedroom guest house and also a detached, heated garage and pool. For privacy, the indoor and outdoor spaces are united by independent spaces. The vacation house also can be opened to the outdoors thanks to the lofted spaces, sliding walls, and large openings.
Details
A comfortable environment can be created by using warm materials and light colors. This environment becomes the place where contemporary life and design meet the awesome vernacular architectural language.
