Inspired in New York and born in Spain, Fitness Boutique B3B Woman Studio is designed by Nayra Iglesias from In Out Studio. This exclusive studio boutique has an interior design made with an ‘only girls’ concept. This interior is also completed with industrial character and opens space to make the client travel to New York City, the awesome city that becomes the inspiration for this project.
Design
This boutique is exclusive for women that have a unique high-intensity method. It combines Bike, Box, and Ballet in 45′ in a unique environment, supported by empowerment and mindfulness techniques. For the opening of the second space in Spain, this boutique entrusts Nayra Iglesias from In Out Studio.
The aim is to position the brand of the boutique at an international level among the vanguard methods. There are four main areas organized on two floors in this studio: an activities room, multifunctional room, dressing rooms, and a front desk.
The multifunctional room, dressing rooms, and front desk can be found on the ground floor while the activities room is located in a single 300m2 space on the lower level. The activities room is the room where the B3B method is taught.
Interior
The ‘only girls’ concept is used for this studio interior design with an industrial character, open spaces, and huge windows. The studio lighting of this project can give a greater personality to the spaces by creating different atmospheres.
The dressing room area can be found in the heart of the ground floor, reminding of the luxurious dressing rooms of Hollywood actresses. The open space is created by using the off-white color combined with notes of natural tones from the wood. This open space offers a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
With a vintage touch, the open space consists of a lockers area, showers, dressing tables, and toilets. Styling accessories, flowers, mirrors full of light bulbs, and other toiletries can complete the awesome experience after exercise.
The multifunctional room is located at the end of the ground floor, a stylish open space bathed in natural light from a courtyard. For events and private classes, a magical and cinematographic space is provided for all.
There is a space in the hall before the activity room where clients prepare for their 45′ session. It is a small space that also serves as a waiting room. The B3B experience begins by walking down to the lower level from the ground floor.
An open space in the lower level allows for a single guided activity that divided into 3 areas: Ballet, Box, and Bike. Created from the combination of domotics, lighting, and sound, each area can guarantee an avant-garde experience and a full experience to the customer.
Details
With the color amber as the protagonist, the bike area is designed to transmit a vibrant but intimate experience. A very tenuous lighting environment is also generated for the development of the activity that emphasized by the indirect light surrounds the catwalk so the customer can focus on the guided movements and words of the trainers.
In the box area, the experience is different from the bike area. Defined by its black color, the aim of the box area is to generate a rebel and electric space that stimulates the customer to release its stress. Some lighting systems are also used in two tones to support this area: violet and magenta.
This lighting system is composed of three elements: a third central element, a linear rail, and also a linear RGB LED. It is possible to create different effects thanks to the different domotic lighting solutions.
Located in the ballet area, there is an elegant space defined by its natural lighting and light tones. Mirror-covered walls, wooden floors, and decorative lighting in violet tones provide a sensual and relaxing experience. The common areas provide peace, comfort, and warmth by the use of warm light.
It is a project where the woman can enjoy a memorable experience based on vitality and positivity.
