Quadrangle has been designed a unique collection of luxury condominium units for KingSett Capital Inc. This project is completed in 2009 and located in Toronto, Canada. 130 Bloor Street West sits on the busiest and most desirable stretch in the area and surrounded by a busy, occupied urban structure.
Overview
This project offers a unique collection of luxury condominium units built on top of an existing commercial tower. These units sit on the busiest and most desirable stretch of Toronto’s “Mink Mile” where there are also a lot of concrete buildings stand out awesomely. Being at the top of the tower, people inside the units can see the urban views much better.
Design
It is an innovative approach to intensification and heritage. This project also preserves both a famous penthouse and the 1960s office tower. At the same time, luxurious apartments are also added above the busy, occupied urban structure. These apartments offer a comfortable and modern living place, especially in a busy urban area.
