Customized cabinetry is also designed for the client’s needs. The dining areas and kitchen open up to the house backyard and extend space the feeling of the house space the north.
Details
The backyard of the house has an external view that designed to showcase the rectilinear lines of the extension on the first floor with fine perimeter detailing. There is also a vertical batten cladding that provides transparency and visual depth to the house facade. The window is surrounded by a steel box to provide privacy, shading, and shelter to the upstairs windows of the house.
Materials
The materials for this house are chosen carefully to provide variety and texture, giving each room and element of the house its identity. These materials are used in particular with the selection of the joinery finishes, wall tiles, and flooring. The result comes in a beautiful, sleek, and elegant look for the entire house.
