Chalet 4.0: A Part of the Hotel Complex with Forest Theme and Connection to Nature

As a part of the hotel complex, Chalet 4.0 is designed with a forest theme and connection to nature. It is a hotel project by YOD Designed Lab with a lot of rooms and facilities. Realized in 2016 with 140 m2 in size, new apartments can be fully integrated and the eco-friendly interior can be designed well. This project is located in Sosnovka village, Poltava region, Ukraine, surrounded by pine forest.

Design

The new apartments are integrated fully within a pine forest. The hotel building stands on the so-called screw base instead of the usual solid base. The construction of the building can help to settle chalet without damaging the root system or harming the trees, just in the forest with an awesome connection to nature.

Rooms

There are two separate rooms with a common guest hall inside the building. There is also an additional house for all guests in the territory of the hotel complex. Those rooms are filled with the most comfortable furniture only to give the best pleasure ever. The lighting arrangement is also important to create a dramatic look in every room.

Materials

The interior is restrained and also designed in an eco-friendly style. The connection to nature and the forest theme are also emphasized by the selection of the principal materials like wood and stone. There are rhythmic veneer lines on the building walls that can symbolize rows of the pine trees that can be seen from the window.
