WORKKI Neo-Geo Co-Working Space: The First Project of Co-Working Spaces with Industrial Interior and United Space

WORKKI is the first co-working space that opens in the Neo Geo complex, located near the Kaluzhskaya underground station. With the industrial interior design and united space, this co-working space can provide a comfortable environment for start-ups and also small companies in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. The interior project of WORKKI Neo-Geo Co-Working Space has been completed in 2017 designed by DA Design & Architecture.

Interior

The industrial interior in WORKKI is designed with a concise and simple style. The architect plays with some different colors and materials to bring a comfortable and perfect environment into this co-working space. All users can use all facilities in this co-working spaces, improving their ideas and creativities for the success of their business.

Rooms

WORKKI provides some best rooms to be used by all users. It has an open meeting area, game rooms, lounge areas, offices, and meeting rooms. A united space is also designed as the main objective, consists of some open public areas between the offices, This space can avoid the used of a corridor-based pattern in the limited floor area.

Details

The Neo Geo Business center can be found in a building, a former of machine-tool plant “Krasny Proletary”. The industrial past legacy is maintained, including the double-height central part, awesome acoustics, and large windows. The existing indoor industrial construction inside the building is also used maximally, adding more industrial accent into the interior.

Design

WORKKI is designed with awesome visual. This visual comes from bright colors and some patterns on the wall. The fixtures and furniture are yellow and blue, the colors of the co-working brand. The stands, racks, roundtables, and metal frames are custom-made by Russian manufactures. The custom-made design is created based on the architect’s drawings.

Ideas

With fascinating and impressive ideas of an industrial interior, WORKKI becomes a co-working space that can provide a comfortable and open atmosphere. This atmosphere can make visitors feel like a home and want to stay for a more long time. The united space is the core of the entire premises in WORKKI and also a main point of attraction.
