Chalet La Petite Soeur is a traditional house surrounded by birch trees located in Canada. This awesome house is designed by ACDF Architecture for a large family who needs more space. The whole house is white with a connection design through a glass bridge.
Exterior
Chalet La Petite Soeur is located in Donat-de-Montcalm, Canada, in the middle of a forest with birch trees. When winter comes, the house merges with the snow beautifully. From a distance, this house is already interesting with its large size.
Materials
The all-white addition is used to the concrete base of the house, creating a shape as the main structure of the design. The new extension is made by connecting the house with the exterior using some different materials such as wood and beams.
Interior
The main floor has floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing the Lake Ouareau comes freely into the house. The use of natural wood elements is combined with the black wood slats and polished concrete floors. This kind of design makes the interior looks clean, cozy, and also modern.
Design
Chalet La Petite Soeur is a traditional house with a modern interior design in it. The whole room is made in a simple color like white, grey, and black. Some spaces have a wooden floor and another space like a bedroom has a glowing floor made of marbles.
