Tobi Architects was responsible for renovating an 88-meter-square apartment in IQ House Building, Dnipro, Ukraine. Finished in 2017, the apartment is owned by a young couple yearning for a free and comfortable living place. That being the case, the firm based their design on the open space concept that went harmoniously with a cozy living room, a spectacular dining area, and a modern kitchen.
A harmony and special monochromatic atmosphere in the living room is the result of soft diffused lighting from windows and warm lighting above the dining room and kitchen. A combination of dark wood, light 3D panels, and chrome-plated kitchen elements were chosen as the finishing.
The central part of the apartment consists of kitchen modules, a large bathroom, and a wardrobe. Focusing on the study area and bedroom, Tobi Architects used another contrasting combination found in the colors. The bedroom was designed for the young couple. It displays the bright and extraordinary accent as well as the dark glass of wardrobe with warm lights.
