Towa Real Estate Development Co., Ltd appointed SWA Group to involve in the project of architecture landscape for Regus Crest Grand. The 18-hole golf course is located in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, and designed for tournament play. This private membership course comes with a single story clubhouse in the vicinity.
The Regus Crest Grand
SWA Group wanted to make sure that the clubhouse can optimize the views of the course as well as its surrounding hills.
The green landscape, hills, trees, and other natural elements in the site mix well with the course and its building.
Meanwhile, there is also a heavily forested site which is incorporated into the overall design of the Regus Crest Grand.
The Water Features
Aside from the greenery, water features were also included in the landscape project.
This particular natural feature is used to accentuate the hills beyond the course.
It also reflects the abstract of yin and yang in the landscape, reminding us of the traditional Zen gardens with serene and peaceful flair.
