ASICS has relocated their North America headquarters to two buildings in Irvine, California. The office appointed LPA Inc to design the 121,000 square foot facility which was finished in 2015. Through the design, the firm was able to meet the client’s expectation by showcasing an office environment design with health, fitness, and wellness advantages for the employees.
ASICS North America Headquarters
ASICS North America Headquarters provides an office environment with health, fitness, and wellness benefits that perfectly reflect the brand’s image and culture. That being the case, the designing team decided to incorporate the needs of a modern office environment into active amenities.
This also allows the ASICS branding graphics to be included in the design, expressing the company’s athletic nature in return.
The First Building
Each building has different functions. For the first building, it houses the employee retail store and Sports Training Center, including a basketball and volleyball court, batting cage, fitness center, showers, and locker rooms.
The Second Building
The second building consists of two stories, featuring conference rooms, workstations, private offices, open and enclosed collaborative meeting spaces, and a café.
Meanwhile, there is a connectivity to connect the two buildings together and provide easier access for the employees.
