It is Natasha Krasnova’s bright and inviting Saint Petersburg apartment design with a cozy minimalism. The main objective of this interior design was to craft a bright, welcoming, and warm space that promotes comfortable living. The use of soft, creamy hues and the removal of sharp right angles where the walls meet the ceiling contribute to a comforting atmosphere in a city where sunny days are infrequent.
Natasha Krasnova successfully amplified the space’s perceived height and overall scale by precisely calculating proportions and strategically selecting colors. The design is also highly adaptable, allowing for seamless transformations through furniture rearrangements and adjusting color accents. Each room, including the bathroom, also features versatile lighting options for different moods and settings.
Each space is equipped with dimmable lighting that offers unique effects, effortlessly shifting the ambiance during the evening. The blend of vintage lamps with a story and modern light fixtures introduces a stylish yet cozy touch to the interior. Generous storage solutions keep the apartment open and clutter-free, preserving its clean and airy vibe.
The apartment comes fully outfitted with a comprehensive selection of household appliances, all seamlessly built into bespoke furniture pieces. The layout is cleverly divided into two distinct zones: public and private. These areas are linked by a broad mirrored portal that visually expands the area, giving the impression of infinity.
The dining area showcases a table crafted from Panda White marble, while the kitchen is designed to be subtle, ensuring the living space remains comfortable and inviting. A frosted window with dimmable lighting in the bathroom adds a charming accent. The use of tactile textiles and smooth, curved shapes also contributes to the cozy atmosphere of the living rooms.
The designer’s distinct style is reflected in the balanced proportions, precise alignment of axes, and efficient space utilization, all while paying close attention to every detail. The carefully chosen techniques elevate the visual aesthetics of the interior. This apartment is crafted as a serene sanctuary, offering a calm escape from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.
