A harmonious oasis in Moscow has been designed successfully by Natalia Fedotova. It is a 130 m² spacious apartment in the headliner residential complex for a young professional.
The apartment belongs to a vibrant young professional working in the creative industry, full of boundless energy and a strong sense of artistic freedom. Nestled in Moscow’s business district among towering residential skyscrapers, the apartment aligns seamlessly with the owner’s fast-paced lifestyle and frequent business travels. Positioned on a high floor, it boasts stunning views of the river and the embankment.
The residential complex’s architecture showcases a modern minimalist design with striking, bold accents, establishing a rhythmic flow that influences the interior ambiance. The apartment’s design effortlessly merges the pleasing exterior aesthetics with a reflection of the owner’s unique personality and lifestyle, creating a seamless harmony between the outside and inside environments.
For the owner, it was essential to create a space in Moscow that truly felt like home, where they could recharge and comfortably host guests. The final design includes multiple bedrooms and a generous 60 m² open-plan living room that seamlessly integrates a well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an island and a full dining area, paired with a cozy seating area for relaxation. The strategic furniture placement adds a sense of dynamism to the space, encouraging free movement and vibrant conversations.
Preserving visual purity and order is essential in minimalist interior design, but doing so without creating a bland or monotonous atmosphere demands careful consideration. To prevent this, the designer paid close attention to the color scheme and the interaction of lines and shapes, which subtly complement the overall aesthetic rather than dominate it. The interior is enriched with a variety of textures, natural materials, and thoughtfully curated art pieces, bringing the space to life.
One of the design’s standout features is the rich chocolate brown kitchen, featuring a glossy island and a chrome table base that add a touch of elegance. The apartment is filled with natural light, enhancing its spacious feel. All artificial lighting was carefully selected from European brands, guaranteeing both quality and style. The color palette and the pleasing tactile surfaces complement the project’s overall aesthetic perfectly.
