Houghton ZM’s project entailed creating a spacious family home in Houghton, Johannesburg, situated on a serene slope surrounded by trees and offering breathtaking vistas from its upper levels. The property comprises two distinct plots, both organized around a central access point.

SAOTA designed Kloof 151, a breathtaking residential project named, to fulfill the client’s request for a family home with a guest wing and a dedicated ‘work-from-home’ area across two levels. The design not only maximizes the stunning views of Clifton beaches but also seamlessly connects with the captivating natural fynbos vegetation on the northern slopes of Lion’s Head.
