Completed in 2017 by SAOTA Architecture and Design, Double Bay is a family home located in Sydney, Australia. It is a single residential project with 670 m2, overlooking a sheltered bay within Sydney’s world-famous natural harbor. Efficiently, this family home ables to provide private, sheltered spaces for family living with wide outlooks towards the water and beyond.
It is a former office and workshop that transformed into a modern loft. Loft Sixty-Four is a 2015 project designed by EVA Architecten and located in the heart of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. For this loft, the client wishes to experience the house as one large space.

This apartment is located in My Dinh, Tu Liem, Ha Noi, Vietnam with 78 m2 in size of the total area. The architect agrees to create an open and minimalistic space and movable partitions to replace the solid walls.

Surrounded by lakes and forests, it is possible to take a moment to connect and listen to nature in this homestead. Modern solutions are chosen to complete the interior design.
This existing house is located in Hertme, the Netherlands with 165 m2 in size. House Extension Hertme is a 2016 project designed by EVA Architecten on a plot in a rural area. The architect is asked to design an annex to this house that presents in a quite modestly and color. A new volume is also created, supported by the awesome roof made of a profiled steel sheet.
Ninh Binh House has a coarse, minimalistic expression by minimizing all unnecessary decorations. This house is located in Dinh Tien Hoang, Ninh Binh City, NB, Vietnam with 300 m2 in size of its usable area. Designed by HGGA Architecture Office and completed in 2018, this house offers the most basic needs of living space needed for its residents.
This modern Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is located in Hancock Park, a historic residential enclave in central Los Angeles, USA. Designed by Assembledge+, St. Andrews ADU and Main House Addition is a 2-storey building that sits in the rear yard of the property. The interesting part of this modern house is its exterior that clad with vertical wood siding.
Finished in July 2019, Glass Block is a renovation project of apartment space in Cau Giay, Hanoi, Vietnam. HGGA Architecture Office tries to create an empty, pure, light-filled atmosphere in this apartment space so the people can explore themselves and focus on nature. The total area of this project is 72 m2.
Located in a crowded residential area in Hanoi, Vietnam, this house makes the living environment frustrating here with high construction density. With 300 m2 of the total area, Thuy Khue House sits deep in a narrow alley with a design created by HGGA Architecture Office. The result of this completed project is a house with a healthy living space and light tones of its interior.
Started in 2019 and finished in 2020, this single-family residence comes as a perfect retreat from the stresses of modern life. VILLA UYUNI is located in Shanghai and designed by Young H Design. The final result of this awesome project is a building with a minimalist interior and a unique character.
From 2016 to 2017, Holz Architekten has been completed a project of reconstruction and extension called N8A House. It is a single-family house with a hipped roof from the 1950s in Stuttgart, Germany, and it was solidly built with solid masonry walls and ribbed concrete ceilings. This house has not only been upgraded technically but also spatially.
