The brief for this house is simple: maximizing the usable area of the house and incorporating greenery. Travertine is used for the architectural finish copiously. A lot of gardens and water bodies are spread throughout the house while its design is inspired by the Italian urbanscape.
Completed in 2017 by Fabian Tan Architect, Eigent House sits in a high-end enclave in Kuala Lumpur. It is an ancestral residence, a home to a young family. The brief is to modernize the home and also preserve its existing layout and form, so simple existing spaces are designed with alterations to create continuity and spontaneity.

Rebuilt for a young family, Knikno House is a semi-detached house designed by Fabian Tan Architect. It is a 2017 project located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on a 60’ x 90’ piece of land. The building is laid out over two different levels, designed with a ‘T’ shaped plan to create precise experiences.
Located in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, this project is a combination of working space and living space. Office and House becomes a solution for many people with a small budget living in Ho Chi Minh City. As this city develops, the land becomes more expensive. For the interior, Story Architecture uses yellow as the highlight on the gray and white background.
Designed for an art collector and his family, Caterpillar House is located on the outskirts of Santiago in a new suburban residential area of Chile. Completed in 2012 by Sebastian Irarrazaval and Erick Caro, this house is built from some shipping containers to reduce construction time and costs.

This diagram also exposes the inhabitant of the house to awesome surrounding views. This house is designed for many members of different ages, including children, parents, and grandparents. The top task of this project is to organize a suitable living space for them in a comfortable and private, and easy to connect to each other as well.
Located in Sydney, Australia, Mcleod House is a four-bedroom house designed by Ian Moore Architects. This house sits on a ridge above Sydney’s Middle Harbour with awesome district views. Completed in 2015, this house has a strong horizontal expression that comes from its structure. The materials used to build it are not only durable but also low maintenance.
