The large aluminum window can give an awesome depth impression and also an extension for the house space. It can be seen even from the outside and give a perfect size effect to the house.
The façade materials were specifically chosen to provide durability and warmth. The brick façade was painted white to merge the batches of ‘left-over’ bricks.

The design of Orange Grove Lofts comes from the tensions subtle balance. It is built with an active three-dimensional composition, not building the volumes and also the doors, windows, and balconies placement for the whole design.
Thanks to the selection of the palette of materials, the house now has a unique atmosphere than it was before the refurbishment project.
Lake House has a long sleek form that stretches from the back boundary of the building. It gives panoramic views of the lake. This project is also about extending the native environment into the property with a good planting. It will frame the lake views and the landscape.
In order to make the building merges with the traditional surrounding environment, the team arranged the roofs of the hotel complex in a regular way.
Timber acted as the dominated material used in the rooftop extension. Flax insulation was incorporated into the construction as well. All facades and roofing were covered with untreated Larch cladding.
The plan of Ashtree Passive House is made a good detail. It shows the size of the house, each room, and also the division of every area. This house has two floors and also a garage that can be used to put two cars. Some of the private rooms like bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor.
Pugh + Scarpa worked with Brian Crommie and Tom Hinerfeld of BT Builders to build and design Reactor Films. They decided to divide the program, consisting of private and open offices, a conference room, and editing bays, into distinct areas for more detailed development without disregarding the timeframe set to finish the project.
The Trailer is clad in corrugated fiberglass and steel on the outside, while inside, it is lined in used but cleaned shuttering ply.
