This house takes 8,000 square foot for the total area. It looks much smaller when you see it from a distance. The house is integrated carefully into the great landscape around it. The landscape itself is full of 130 coast live oaks.
The main motives of this apartment intervention are about more spaces with more lights. The dining and living rooms are designed with a glass wall. This wall is an important thing to increase the visual space of the apartment.
In addition to making the most of these trees, the architecture firm took sustainability into consideration. Therefore, all bricks were recycled from demolition and the wasted materials in the landfill were minimized.
Mostardeiro Apartment is a project with a lot of custom-made furniture. This idea is about creating a neutral backdrop to be combined with the loose objects. It will also create a greater space flexibility.
The interior design looks richer with the existence of the dark timber veneers. Compared to the rich, darker details and tone in the other spaces, the bedroom appears lighter with the combination of white walls and softer wood detailing.

The interior of Bloomfield is very simple. The architect plays with some simple colors like gray, black, and white. The wood exposed can be seen rightly once you look up. The upper floor is designed with an elegant glass wall, makes it visible to be seen well.
Western Residence has a simple, strong, and also square existing structure. The architect also adds a complexity to the house new layers. The interior design result makes it looks like lost puzzles pieces, attracting everyone’s attention to come and arrange it.
The architect also combines some elements to design RENT ME interior. They use furniture and decoration from some different styles. Those elements also create a bright and light interior to this apartment, showing how a modern character can be awesome as well.
All 8 villas are constructed with wood, except the windows frames on it. The buildings are also made from extruded grey aluminum on some parts, creating a contrast effect with the facade. The large wooden terrace can wrap each building nicely, it makes the villa looks larger than it seems.
