The original layout of the apartment has been changed, especially with the floor plan to create an open space. This open space consists of a living room and kitchen with a lovely kitchen island. Considering the request from the owner, HAO DESIGN also put some types of unique furniture.

The main focus design of this house is located in the kitchen area, based on the couple request to have an open kitchen to get a full view of their kinds in the living room. The living room can be used as a family room and also a special room for the kids to play.

The industrial interior is characterized by the use of some materials. HAO DESIGN uses some metallic pieces with the exposed pipes on the house ceiling. The metal elements and stainless steel holed plating are also used together with the white wood grain cement boards, creating a bright Japanese style.

HAO DESIGN uses a fabric texture to support the vintage look. The blue curtains are used in the living room, adding a soft effect. The soft facade is also created from the universal movable board which is attached to the flannel, it fits well with the fabric textures theme.

The kid’s bedroom is simple but it also doesn’t lack of lovely details. It is like an amusement park with a warm atmosphere that comes from the layout and the wooden floor. There is also a big bookshelf, designed as a unique gate to enter the bedroom.

The development of 409 rental apartments is processed with a second development stage which is underway currently. The development is about two different buildings located near a large communal landscaped garden.

Sentosa House is designed with a natural form and a fluid. This kind of design can serve the residents as a backdrop, especially in the living room. The living room comes in an oval shape in the strategic location of the project site, create an orientation towards the water element.

The relaxed spaces are not only located inside the apartment but also outside the apartment. New York Apartment offers a small terrace with a rustic wooden fence for the client, providing an outdoor area to enjoy the view around the apartment.

The furnishing and material palette are highly detailed and also modern too. Most the furniture like chairs, table, and even the floor are designed in a beautiful wood material. The marble material is also used to add an elegant accent to the bathroom.

Some materials are chosen carefully to this end the modern interior. The soft surface comes from stone and timber floorings. The scale lightness and complexly nuanced color palette are used as a fine line in brass and black color.

The main area of Croydon House is large with an adorable kitchen, a bathroom, a cozy living room, and a small dining area. There is a small terrace near the kitchen that can be used as an outdoor dining area, offering an awesome area to enjoy the view and the warmth of the sunlight.
