AIM Architecture once again involved in a project commissioned by SOHO after winning a competition to design entrance lobby, office interiors, and landscape of Jiarui Plaza in Pudong, Shanghai, China. The plaza is SOHO’s development on Century Avenue in the area.
This three-story house is built in 1925 with a local style based on Austro-Hungarian building regulations. The complete modernization and renovation in 1998 until 2000 are continued with the garden construction until 2006. This primary school is located in Helsinki, Finland. The building has been completed by the architect in 2009 with 5.569 m2 in gross area.
A new and modern concept of traditional street food Baozi has emerged in Shanghai, China, and created by a shop called Baoism. The shop was successfully constructed in 2015 by LineHouse to bring out a hip version of Baozi, a street food served in a clam-shell like bun.
With the help of LineHouse, a warehouse was successfully transformed into a shop called Factory Five Jingan or Factory 5. Located in Shanghai, China, the shop was designed on a 150 square meter site and finished in 2014.
LineHouse was appointed to establish a new modern fast food identity for Lone Ranger, known as a hotdog shop located at the waterfront of Huangpu River, Shanghai, China. Completed in 2014, the shop comes with a Wild West theme and playful composition.
An international brand Dressed Salads has established a shop in Shanghai, China. The one responsible for the design is LineHouse that completed the work in 2014. Even though the shop is quite small, it goes with a sleek design that makes the customers feel comfortable while staying and enjoying the food there.
LineHouse was appointed to design a delicatessen called Deli, Shangri-La Futian. Located in Shenzhen, China, the deli was completed in 2014 and showcases a simple and straightforward design for both the exterior and interior.
Constructed on a 93,000 m2 site, Andersen Garden is a commercial and leisure complex in Beijing, China. With the help of Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects, the building was completed in 2009.
