This house sits in an area where the growth of hospitality high-rises causing low-density structures to deteriorate faster than regional structures. This creates topographical changes, imbalanced soil, and high salinity levels. A complete concrete solution is chosen to respond to these changes.
Completed in 2020 by PMA Studio, Ventayol – La Vileta is a construction project of a single-family house. Located in Palma, this house is 185 m2 in size and designed with a pool. The design comes with simple lines that used to create the bedrooms, bathroom, and terrace area.
Completed in 2015 by Viga Arquitectos and Fernanda Canales Architecture, Soma House is an exercise to reinvent a home within a structure that did not work. Located in Mexico with 390 m2 in size, this house is designed based on walls and windows’ delimitation. It also involves the construction of a third level and a big opening.

Built for an extended family in the Bayside neighborhood of the Borough of Queens in New York City, Bayside House offers a comfortable single-family house three generations under the same roof. In essence, it is a two-family house designed with retaining walls and glazing to allow maximum daylight penetration.

This house is located in Bangkok, Thailand, designed with additional programs. The unique appearance comes from the black latticed facades, prefabricated panels made of wood plastic composite. This project is completed in 2020 with 550 sqm of the total area.
