The central canal and linear waterfront park link the site to Suzhou, while the civic plaza, the main building, water platform, and reflecting pool establish a new north-south axis that provides orientation and directs views as well.

It also connects the city’s landmarks and neighborhoods with the waterfront via distinct ‘lines’ and ‘windows’, turning the discontinuous promenade segments into a single walkable promenade.

The extension of the City’s downtown’s parks is about 1 – 1/2 mile with the river’s edge reclamation. This extension is planned based on the rational plan to create an easy place that can be accessed by all people in the site’s city.

The ridges and the hilltops are used to be neighborhood parks. It is designed with an extensive trail network. The purpose is about forming a large recreational system for the people who want to enjoy the site area with their family.

The landscape of Buffalo Bayou Park will be more stable to provide the best habitat. Using Texan species, it can return a place sense to the city around the park. All of the walkways, plantings, and lighting are built to withstand the periodic flooding.

The 3.6576-meter wide bridge along with its 239-meter length is supported by a weathering steel truss by which supports the concrete deck. LED light fixtures were installed in the bridge deck.

With careful programmatic analysis and great attention to details, West Shore Park brings comfort for both Baltimore’s common ground and tourist grounds.

Gantry Plaza State Park has an area called the Promontory, known for its great lawn with a natural shoreline edge that makes use of the Manhattan skyline.

Overall, the scenery, landscape, and building structure merge together to produce a suitable ambiance in the Keukenhof.

Besides the coastal restoration, Shenzhen Bay is also designed with new facilities based on the new urban population demands. The Master Plan of this bay proposes recreational park, including an aquatic center, playfields, a ferry landing, concessions, picnic sites, and some attractions.

Growing community of expatriates and their families occupy the Gubei District, hence the landscape design was influenced by this community. Retail, restaurant, and gallery activity runs immaculately onto the spacious 30-foot-wide promenade thanks to the little differentiation of indoor and outdoor area.
