Completed by VERUM ATELIER in 2017, the project area takes 70 m2 in size. Despite a lot of challenges to complete this project, there is a strong desire in keeping some original materials.

Located in North Vancouver BC, Canada, it is an awesome project that taking a tired inefficient house with good bones to a contemporary home. The Californian-style atmosphere is preserved and enhanced based on the wish of the family.
The program of this 2017 project is a refurbishment of an apartment from the 70s. Located in Poznań, Poland, the interior of this apartment is transformed by Atelier Starzak Strebicki for the need of reorganizing space for a family of two adults and three children. Some particular rooms also change their functions and users for this goal.
Completed in 2018, EUA Apartment is a total refurbishment project of the former doorman’s house by João Tiago Aguiar Arquitectos. this apartment is located on the top floor of a building, placed in one of Lisbon’s most vibrant axes, Portugal. Despite the small dimensions, this apartment has a large terrace with privileged views and beautiful white interiors.
It is an apartment renovation located in a green area in Lisbon’s center that close to Parque Eduardo VII. Sidónio Pais II Apartment was an office and its original features had already been distorted before the renovation. Designed by João Tiago Aguiar Arquitectos with 2906 ft² in size, this apartment offers the original herringbone wooden floor that makes the interior interesting.
This two-storey apartment once was a billiards-room of an Oslo mansion and now it is functioned as a young family residence. Egebergslottet is renovated by Mork Ulnes Architects to create generous spaces. In order to create a counter to the harsh Scandinavian winters, the interiors of the residence are painted in white.
