Executed in September 2020 by Nayra Iglesias from In Out Studio, Le Sud Suite is a new concept of a hotel suite. This project combines sustainability and modernity with the mind in the future and the feet on the ground. It is a concept that also born from a very personal reflection of Nayra, showing that there is another way to generate a dialogue between two worlds such as technology and ecology.
This house is the aggregation of three buildings that can be seen over the roadside hedge. East End Beach House is a 2009 project by Berg Design Architecture and located in East Hampton, New York. This house is renovated to create a comfortable retreat for a young family with a new deck to bring a strong connection between indoors and outdoors.
Together with the young couples, ALPES Green Design & Build creates unique designs for Resort in House. It is a true germ that beautified with the unified design of the exterior and interior. The designs for this house are not only beautiful but also able to provide natural ventilation. Located in Vietnam with 240 m2 in size, this project is completed in 2016.
Designed as a private residence with 220 m2 in size, Villa G is an interpretation of traditional Danish brickwork. This residence sits on a hill above the wetlands edging the fjord, outside the Danish town Randers. Together with Niras, KRADS Architecture has been completed this project in 2011 and received the Architecture Prize 2013 from the municipality of Randers, DK.
Located in Vietnam, The Concrete House 01 is a four-storey house designed by Ho Khue Architects in 2019. This house sits in an area where the growth of hospitality high-rises causing low-density structures to deteriorate faster than regional structures. This creates topographical changes, imbalanced soil, and high salinity levels. A complete concrete solution is chosen to respond to these changes.
Completed in 2020 by PMA Studio, Ventayol – La Vileta is a construction project of a single-family house. Located in Palma, this house is 185 m2 in size and designed with a pool. The design comes with simple lines that used to create the bedrooms, bathroom, and terrace area.
In collaboration with Fernanda Canales, Viga Arquitectos has been completed a residential project in 2017. Recreation House is 1200 m2 in size and located in Edo Mex, Mexico. This awesome house is designed based on a central scheme and divided into four volumes.
Built for an extended family in the Bayside neighborhood of the Borough of Queens in New York City, Bayside House offers a comfortable single-family house three generations under the same roof. In essence, it is a two-family house designed with retaining walls and glazing to allow maximum daylight penetration.
It is a high-end residence designed by Jules Wilson Design Studio with top-of-the-line finishes. Penthouse 2 offers the resident to live with an awesome feeling enveloped in supreme luxury. It also has a relaxing and calming space to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
Completed in 2003 by Stephen Fletcher Architects, Cale Street is an awesome project of remodeling and extending an 1840s townhouse. Located in Chelsea, this house was in a very dilapidated condition. Some new windows are inserted into the side elevation to bring a new life into this townhouse.
The full design of this custom penthouse combines the Hawaiian innate relaxed living lifestyle and upscale downtown lifestyle of bustling Honolulu. Designed by Jules Wilson Design Studio, Penthouse 1 is beautified by awesome accents of white marble and light wood.
