MemorialCare San Juan Capistrano wanted to realize a new model of a medical facility providing ambulatory procedures, physician services, as well as testing and wellness programs that are convenient and accessible for the patients and visitors in general.
The main concept of Cheil Hong Kong design is creating a workspace with a continuous ribbon-like joinery system which is linking all of the departments in one workspace together.
The project for this parlor-basement duplex included increasing the amount of light and enhancing access to the backyard. To achieve the goal, the designing firm changed the rear windows to 9’ tall French doors with transoms opened up onto the balcony, created by extending the fire escape landing.
The project incorporated a focal point which is represented by built-ins made of white oak with a splash of bright colors.
This new headquarter was built to accommodate the growing team of High Moon. The current studio adopts an open design studio where it does not include cubicles and serious corporate atmosphere.
The Valley House is designed as a home for three generations living under one roof; a mature couple and a younger couple with a baby.
The 11th floor is the owners’ original apartment. This floor becomes an open dining room, kitchen, and also living room. The family room and the office are located in the separates space from this open space area.

As a community center, De Zonneboom has its own best interior design. The architect tried to combine the high roof, the stairs, and also the floors of the building to make an awesome interior. The result makes this multifunctional building has typically interior design with each function of the spaces.
Launch Pointe at Monarch School will support the students three academies as the main concept. The first concept is information technology, the second is about building and construction. And the last is social services.
