The surface rises again as a half-height timber wall to separate the office area and the long while keeping the open panoramic views at eye level.
The concept used to build this duplex is creating an environment where everything is on display. With that in mind, the firm went with open shelves of the lower and upper kitchen cabinets, showcasing a huge collection of cooking supplies and appliances which are usually used for the son’s experiments for healthy packaged food.
In this project, the firm banished the existing four-story brick building and opted for a two-story extension instead.
Maple Street School has a simple and spare material palette. Doors, maple flooring, and the furniture gives a warm and inviting color palette to the school interior. Bright color touches at some spaces will add the visual interest for everyone who sees it.
Every added element, such as scent, technology, meeting facility, furniture, refreshment, and music, has been crafted with that goal in mind.
Far from the busy lifestyle in the city, the apartment’s entrance has a semi-enclosed foyer which acts as the threshold between the outside and the inside.
This office also provides the dynamic working culture of a creative agency supported by a variety of spaces like semi-private discussion areas, enclosed office spaces, open plan work clusters, and private meeting rooms.
Since the client wanted a flexible and diverse office space, BFDO came with the idea to integrate open plan spaces intended for desk and a showroom.
North Sea is built with an awesome glass wall on almost the whole surface of the house wall. With this beautiful glass wall, everyone can enjoy the adorable landscape around the house from any room inside the house.
The clients wanted to make the space larger enough for a two-bedroom apartment intact with the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom.
