This gut renovation of a Brooklyn loft has been completed by SABO. Doehler is a renovation project located in a former die casting factory built in 1913, Brooklyn, New York with 1,333 SF / 124 m² in size. The series of new partitions in this loft can define the new datum together with other elements. While the new connections can bring natural light to each space of the building.
For a New York-based fashion designer, New Affiliates transforms the existing loft of a renovated apartment located in Brooklyn, New York. This transformation is done by adding a new mezzanine structure to introduce a new material vocabulary and reorganize the living space. Completed in 2017, this project takes 750 SQ FT in size combined with some unfinished rough materials.
Located in Paris, 11ᵗʰ arrondissement, Voltaire is a residential project by SABO with 775 SF / 72 m² in size. This apartment is designed to deliver a comfortable living place in a 1920’s industrial building. The central island’s sole addition is enough especially to define some spaces in this apartment. The rough ceiling makes this apartment is different from other apartments.
Located in a former manufacturing building on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, this live-work loft is designed by Michael K Chen Architecture for a professional photographer. Photographer’s Loft is used for the photographer’s working activities, including photoshoots and editing, presentations, and events regularly besides as the owner’s primary residence. It has spatial flexibility and maximized open space to meet the owner’s needs.

Hike is a residential project located in Montmartre, Paris with several partition removals as a part of the design. The design for this project also includes a multi-function thick wall and porous furniture to get more natural lights.
tc House is an award-winner house from the Australian Institute of Architects ACT Chapter Awards 2016 in Small Project Architecture category. It is a project of small renovations of a 1950’s modernist house by Ben Walker Architects in South Canberra, Australia. This beautiful house is renovated also to improve the quality and function of the living zones.
This beautiful duplex penthouse is located in San Francisco, California with 3,200 SF in size. Market Street Penthouse is a 2009 project by Joel Sanders Architect that works together with Winder Gibson Architect. This duplex penthouse has a “sky zone” and blue-grey interiors. The design challenge for this project is to take advantage of its diagonal downtown views. The architect also divided this duplex penthouse into two living strips.
From January 2012 to May 2016, Studio MK27 has been completed a project of a modern big house located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Gama Issa House offers diverse architectural sensations for each space from its varied ceiling heights, the intersection of volumes, and white surfaces. A futuristic minimalist atmosphere in this house comes from the furniture of modern designers and more pieces are added to it.
