This house is located next to the south limit area to promote its outdoor life. This position can liberate the flat space with awesome view of the landscape. The outdoor space has paved platforms on the bedrooms’ top-level which is also aligned to some map line, assuring better contact with the natural plot.

The house volumetry is resolved by a sloping cover. This cover can adapt to the ground topography which is also fragmented continuously. It is also a solution that allows describing the volume of the interior spaces and the sunshine. This house turns into a perfect house to enjoy the good views and the sun too.

On the north side, this house is placed near the street to maximize the house space on the southeast side. A concave shape can be defined by closing the house volumetry, gathering the outside space which is also protected from the neighboring vision. The elongated volume to the east side and the intentionality of geometry provide an easy way to see the beautiful sea view from the house.

Those cabins can accommodate a family of five or two to four people. In the main room, the main is positioned as comfortable as possible that withdrawn slightly from the floor to the ceiling of the room. This way can enable the guests to experience a different level of enjoying the island while still being sheltered comfortably.

House in Sa Riera is a modern house with a long shape a flat roof. The house spaces are spacious and also open. Seaview Avenue Residence is located on a street surrounded by post-war weatherboard homes. The site develops with an increasing number of some new architectural beachside residences. The replacement and transformation of a deteriorated holiday shack is the design brief of this project, changed into a permanent dwelling.

Some common spaces of the house such as guest bedrooms, laundry, and garage are designed in the continuous interior. The large sliding panel of the kitchen wall allows the dining room integration anytime. The spaces are also spacious and open, offering an easy way to move from one space to another space inside the house.
