Completed in 2017 by Fabian Tan Architect, Eigent House sits in a high-end enclave in Kuala Lumpur. It is an ancestral residence, a home to a young family. The brief is to modernize the home and also preserve its existing layout and form, so simple existing spaces are designed with alterations to create continuity and spontaneity.
This project is located in the Montauk lakeshore estate, a collection of structures including an awesome four-bedroom main house. The Lake House is designed by Murdock Solon Architects, offering a contemporary design and life with warm materials and light colors.

Designed for an art collector and his family, Caterpillar House is located on the outskirts of Santiago in a new suburban residential area of Chile. Completed in 2012 by Sebastian Irarrazaval and Erick Caro, this house is built from some shipping containers to reduce construction time and costs.
Completed in 2013 by Sebastián Irarrázaval, 2Y House is a project with a 2Y letters diagram to create double orientations. This diagram also exposes the inhabitant of the house to awesome surrounding views. Timber is chosen for the structure not only because it is a local material but it also can resemble the sense of infinity in forests.
Designed by Story Architecture, NGỌC House is located in Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This house is designed for many members of different ages, including children, parents, and grandparents. The top task of this project is to organize a suitable living space for them in a comfortable and private, and easy to connect to each other as well.
The main program of this project is creating an awesome interior for an existing dwelling located in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Designed by MVRDV and Fokke Moerel, Villa Stardust has interior living spaces inspired by a Moroccan riad. There is also a central patio used as an extra outdoor chamber while the Mediterranean look and feel come from the used materials and color palette.
Completed in 2013 by Aaron Neubert Architects, Sycamore House is a restoration project of an existing 1950’s post & beam residence in Los Angeles. The home’s program distribution is also modified while respecting the original design character of the residence without direct replication. A sycamore tree is also incorporated into the house.
Completed in 2017 by HYLA Architects, Room Without Roof is a project of a two-storey house located in Singapore. This house has a brick structure with an archetypal form and a unique twist. A part of this form is an external courtyard that contains a swimming pool. This part becomes the central focus of the house.
This awesome project is an addition to a home located in Rye, New York that originally built-in 1861. Besides enlarging the existing home’s structure, Murdock Solon Architects is also tasked to provide a detached pool house with a kitchenette and a projection screen in Theodore Fremd.
Located at Brighton East, Australia, this single home is designed by Martin Friedrich Architects. Cluden Street, Brighton East is 420 m2 in size with clean modern lines and also large glazed openings, creating a seamless connection to the outdoor or indoor areas of the house.
