This house is the first achievement of Pierre Minassian from AUM Architects. The Seven House is located in Lyon, Rhone-Alpes, France and it has sober and refined volumes. The entire part of this house is built in corten steel and concrete.
Design
Sits in an urban area and develops in a green setting, this house becomes so rare. There is also a landscaped entrance patio that can provide an additional place to enjoy the surrounding views. It is a project that develops on two levels.
Spaces
The living room and music room are located on the ground floor. The kitchen of this house is an adjoining space designed in custom raw steel. There is a large glazed volume that can frame the beautiful landscape on a strip garden.
The more private places can be found upstairs such as bathrooms, playroom, and bedrooms. The master bedroom opens onto the garden but it still has its privacy thanks to the system of tilting raw steel slats.
