APARTMENT FOR FOUR: A Comfortable Apartment with Unique and Versatile Interior

Located in Kyiv, Ukraine, APARTMENT FOR FOUR is a residential project designed by Rina Lovko. This 100 sqm modern apartment is designed to create comfort for a family of four. With creative ideas, the efficient use of the apartment space can be maximized. This project is completed in 2014 with a comfortable, unique, and versatile interior as a result.

Design

Designed in a modern style with a lot of touches of elegant and romantic atmosphere, this apartment can provide a maximum comfort needed by the family. With the impossibility of any redevelopments, the architect still has a big opportunity for implementing nonstandard and creative ideas for this apartment.

Rooms

The main goal of this residential project is to maximize the efficient use of apartment space. In order to achieve this goal, the architect enlarges the doorways significantly to create a large entrance to the living room from the kitchen. The corridor wardrobe is also deepened into the walls to separate the public and private areas.

Interiors

The result of the design in this project is a comfortable, unique, and versatile interior supported by the elements, colors, and also furniture. Rather than adding a lot of decoration, the interior design plays more with the different colors and materials to bring a more decorative look. A proper arrangement of the lighting is also considered to bring more effects to the interior.
