Elements
There are three elements used for this project. The framework of the house spaces is an extruded cover in the longitudinal direction ground with a “T” shape. This kind of geometry allows the clients to feel the sea, protection from prying eyes, and a feeling to live without neighbors. It also helps to control the sun during summer and lets it pass when winter comes.
Structure
A sort of belvedere is the walkable roof that enjoying the plot’s entire surface. The exempt cabinet in this project houses the building structure, filters the privacy, distributes the house spaces, and also opening up the best possibilities in the way of space’s use and movement.
Rooms
The main room is arranged in continuity with the outside and shaded by the cantilever. The interior of this house also limits the scale of overnight areas in the quiet part of the garden and includes wetted parts while the study has the best views on the corner.
Details
