Tobi Architects was responsible for designing a compact detached apartment with free views in Dnipro, Ukraine. The 50-square-meter apartment is actually ideal for a young courageous couple who likes the open and free views it offers. The main goal for the interior design was to create a large open space with a seating area and a kitchen – studio.
The design team addressed the issue of functional zoning from a different angle. That being the case, they did not create a full-fledged space for a bedroom and made the space more open and accessible instead. Such solution allowed the team to establish an interesting space for new opportunities.
The predominantly light shades were chosen to add accents to the color found in finishes and textiles. The furniture was dominated by dark walnut tones that complement the overall color palette used for the interior. They also made sure that the desire for freedom was invested in every element of design.
