The Sangiacomo Residence is a private property that overlooks panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.
In light of the panoramic views, the house blends with the surrounding landscape, creating a perfect combination that complements each other.
The grassy landscape and the Pacific Ocean offer a serene and calming view to enjoy for the house occupants.
It displays a low and modern building with a copper roof and stone cladding.
As for the landscape design, SWA Group used specimen trees and pervious surfaces.
They combined these aspects altogether and thoroughly placed to make the house even more beautiful than it already was.
