1 – 1 House Las Musas is a complex consisting of a one-room house, a guest house, and a yoga room, set along the banks of a small lagoon surrounded by vineyards, native forests, gentle meadows, and distant sea views where the Garzón lagoon meets the ocean.
Located just two kilometers from José Ignacio, a quiet, upscale summer destination north of Punta del Este, the complex offers easy access to good wine cellars, gastronomy, and natural beauty.
To protect the environment, the buildings are designed as a series of wooden and concrete volumes, subtly resting on the landscape with green or corten roofs, depending on whether they are habitable.
Each volume has its own unique identity, yet all share common elements—no corridors, dynamic spaces that can be opened, closed, connected, or separated, depending on the need.
