SET Ideas recently completed a residential project in 2021 called TINY_MOD. The idea of this project is about creating a tiny living space with the use of fewer elements for better living. This project is located in Córdoba, Argentina with 40 m2 of construction size.
Elements
With an efficient response to the spatiality of the interior and the use of spaces and resources, this project shows us how we can live better with fewer elements.
Two modular works, two houses with specific designs and particular situations. The pre-agreed standards and modulations facilitate the way and process of its build and design.
Design
The proposal for this project is about industrializing architecture and all things related. It is a way of streamlining the processes.
Each design is approached from a preconceived basis with flexibility to allow customization to each case based on the client’s preferences and tastes, managed in a more efficient and simpler way.
Interior
The interior is simple and each case can show its profile. The implementation is everything for this. In each case, the interior terminations also correspond to each module context.
Details
The final result of this project is harmony with the environment, achieving the minimum incidence. The minimum is a concept set as a premise for all the decisions made in the cases. Fewer meters with more architecture.
