House with Orange Taste: Modern Interior Design with Orange Taste in A Comfortable House

House with Orange Taste is a 2017 interior project designed by Egle Prunskaite. This awesome house is located in Vilnius and beautified with modern interior design and orange taste as interior element color. With the combination of modern style and beautiful color, this house turns into a comfortable living place for the owner.

Interior

The modern interior design for this house is designed with some natural elements to bring a more fresh look. The wooden furniture is combined with a white surface of the wall and ceiling, and also some colors like black, grey, including an orange taste. This special orange taste will be the focal point for its modern interior.

Space

The ground floor is housed some public rooms in one big space. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are merged together without any space divider. The kitchen and dining area is located at the corner of the house with a beautiful view from the large window. The living area is in the heart of the house with a small fireplace to create a warm atmosphere.

Furniture

The orange taste comes from the orange sofa in the living room. The contrast color of it among other furniture is very interesting. Most of the furniture comes in black or white, so this orange sofa becomes the center of attention, making the modern interior design looks more attractive for everyone who sees it.

Elements

In order to create a modern interior design which is more interesting, the architect uses some additional elements to bring unique looks. With the orange sofa, the black stools in the kitchen, a fireplace with a beautiful pattern behind it, and wooden wall with shelves in the dining area are things that can make the interior doesn’t look too plain.

Rooms

The kitchen is located next to the dining area, giving an easy way for the owner of the house to make delicious foods and prepare them on the table. In the master bedroom, grey and white dominate the wall, floor, and the bed. Behind the bed, there is a long bathroom with a big bathtub, storage, and a shower in the corner of the room.

Colors

Besides the orange taste with the orange sofa in the living room, the color elements are also added into other rooms. There is a bedroom that beautifully designed with a purple wall and a unique pattern while in the studying area, the blue cushion and pillows look great with the artistic pattern on the wall behind it.
